At IMOSSE, we ship internationally to bring our products to customers around the world.

To ensure each order arrives safely and smoothly, we partner with trusted international carriers.
Due to local customs and delivery requirements, shipping conditions may vary by country.

If your country can normally receive international parcels but is not listed here, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

North America

United States (US)

Canada (CA)
To ensure smooth customs clearance, we currently accept small personal orders only.
Each order may include up to 2 Lucky Spoons or 2 Lucky Drawers.
Only one order per recipient is accepted per week.
Please provide the recipient’s full legal name. Abbreviations or incomplete names may result in delivery delays.
Commercial addresses such as companies, warehouses, hotels, or restaurants are not supported.

Mexico (MX)

Europe

We currently ship to most European countries, including France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Norway, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

In some regions, delivery may be made to pick-up points or lockers depending on the local carrier.
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate and complete.

Poland (PL)
Packstation delivery is available only in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, and Krakow.

Portugal (PT)
PO BOX addresses are not supported.

Greece (GR)
PO BOX addresses are not supported.

Switzerland (CH)
If the total value of parcels received by the same recipient in one day exceeds 62 CHF, local customs may apply additional VAT or duties.

Ireland (IE)
To ensure reliable delivery, we currently accept small orders only.
Each package may include up to 2 Lucky Spoons or 2 Lucky Drawers.

Due to local customs regulations, we accept single-item orders only.
Each order may include 1 Lucky Spoon or 1 Lucky Drawer.
All shipping information must be written in Korean.
A valid personal customs clearance code is required and must match the recipient’s name and phone number.
Please include this information in the order notes at checkout.

Japan (JP)
Orders are accepted for personal use only.
Commercial addresses are not supported.
We recommend providing the recipient’s name and address in Japanese to ensure smooth delivery.
The recipient’s full name is required for customs clearance.

Israel (IL)
Delivery is available to most regions except the Gaza Strip.
Please provide a precise address and an accurate phone number to ensure successful delivery.
