- Please note that the unboxing video is an add-on service and must be purchased together with your order.

Due to the surprise nature of blind box products, all LuluLuck sales are final. Items are randomly selected, and specific contents cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference-related reasons (including duplicates or change of mind).
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- 📦 Issue Report: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if items are missing or damaged.
- 🎥 Verification: An uncut unboxing video is required, starting from before the package is opened.
- 🔍 Critical Details: The video must clearly show the shipping label and the full, continuous unpacking process.
