1. Mystery Box / Scoop Policy

Important: Due to the unique nature of mystery boxes and scoops, all mystery scoop orders are considered FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you received items different from what you expected — that's the fun of a mystery box!

Why We Have This Policy

• Each scoop is uniquely curated with a random selection of items

• Once opened, mystery items cannot be resold as new

• The surprise element is the core value of the mystery box experience

• We cannot guarantee specific products, colors, characters, or brands

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. You may request a return or exchange ONLY in the following situations:

We Will Help You If:

1. Damaged Items: Products arrived broken, defective, or unusable

2. Missing Items: Your order is incomplete or items are missing from your package

3. Wrong Order: You received someone else's order entirely

4. Shipping Damage: Package was severely damaged during transit affecting the products inside

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened mystery scoops/boxes (unless damaged or defective)

• Items returned after 14 days from delivery

• Products without original packaging

• Sale items or promotional bundles

• Items marked as "Final Sale"

• Gift cards or digital products

4. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Time Limit: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for damaged/defective items.

Steps to Follow:

1. Document the Issue: Take clear photos/videos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

2. Email Us: Send your request to support@imosse.com with:

• Your order number

• Description of the problem

• Photos/videos showing the issue

• Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

3. Wait for Response: We'll review your request within 2-3 business days

4. Resolution: If approved, we'll send a replacement or process your refund

5. Refund Processing

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.

7. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped

• After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our return policy above
